The short version

GuessSet is a free tool for making custom card sets to use with your own copy of Guess Who? and similar guessing games. You own the photos and names you bring; we don't. Tips are tips, not purchases. Don't use the tool to do anything illegal or to upload images you don't have the rights to.

What GuessSet is

GuessSet is a browser-based card maker that turns your photos and names into print-ready PDF card sets. The tool is free to use. There's an optional "pay what you want" tip if you find it useful, but no payment is required to download your cards.

Your content stays yours

You retain all rights to the photos, names, and any other content you upload or type into GuessSet. We don't claim ownership and we don't store, share, or transmit your content (see our Privacy Policy for details). PDF generation happens entirely in your browser.

Acceptable use

By using GuessSet you agree not to:

• Upload images you don't own or have permission to use.
• Create or distribute card sets that are illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the tool or its infrastructure.
• Use the tool to violate anyone's privacy or intellectual-property rights.

Optional payments (tips)

GuessSet operates on a "pay what you want" model. Any payment you choose to make is a voluntary tip, not a purchase of goods or services — your card PDFs are free to download regardless of whether you tip. Because tips are voluntary contributions and the deliverable (your PDFs) is provided immediately at no cost, tips are non-refundable. If you have a billing concern, email us and we'll work it out in good faith. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; their terms also apply to that transaction.

Trademark notice

Guess Who? is a trademark of Hasbro, Inc. GuessSet is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hasbro. References to Guess Who? are made under nominative fair use solely to describe compatibility with that game.

Some product links on GuessSet are Amazon Associates affiliate links. We may earn a small commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products we use or have evaluated ourselves.

No warranty

GuessSet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the PDFs will print identically on every printer. Always do a test print before printing a full set.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuessSet and its operators won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool — including printing costs, lost time, or content issues. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (which for most users is zero).

Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we'll update this page and bump the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
